- No internal probes.
- No needles.
- No downtime.
You simply take a seat and let the technology put your pelvic floor to work.
What is 3D PowerForm V?
3D PowerForm V uses high intensity electromagnetic technology to stimulate the muscles of the pelvic floor. Electromagnetic energy penetrates through clothing and stimulates repeated, deep pelvic floor muscle contractions without you having to consciously contract the muscles yourself. These contractions work the pelvic floor at an intensity and repetition that can be difficult to achieve through voluntary pelvic floor exercises alone. Think of it as an intensive workout for muscles you can’t see but definitely rely on.
Your pelvic floor matters whether you’re male or female. The pelvic floor is a group of muscles that supports the pelvic organs and plays an important role in bladder control, core stability and sexual function. Like any other muscle group, these muscles can become weaker.
For women, this can be associated with factors including pregnancy, childbirth, menopause, hormonal changes and ageing.
For men, pelvic floor weakness can also develop with age and may occur following certain prostate treatments or surgery.
And for both men and women, a weaker pelvic floor can affect everyday life in ways people often feel embarrassed to discuss.
We don’t think it should be embarrassing.

PowerForm V for women
Pregnancy and childbirth can have a significant impact on the pelvic floor, but pelvic floor weakness isn’t limited to new mums.
Women may notice changes at many different stages of life, particularly around hormonal changes and menopause. You might notice yourself crossing your legs before you sneeze, avoiding jumping with the children, worrying about leaking during exercise or simply feeling that your pelvic floor isn’t as strong as it once was.
PowerForm V provides a completely non invasive way to stimulate and strengthen these muscles. And importantly, you remain fully clothed throughout treatment.
PowerForm V for men
Pelvic floor health is just as important for men. The male pelvic floor contributes to bladder control, pelvic support and sexual function. Weakness in these muscles can contribute to urinary control problems and may also be associated with changes in sexual function. PowerForm V allows us to stimulate the male pelvic floor non invasively using electromagnetic technology while you remain completely clothed. It’s discreet, straightforward and doesn’t involve an internal procedure.
PowerForm V & erectile function
This is an area of men’s health that isn’t always easy to talk about but it shouldn’t be taboo. The pelvic floor muscles play a role in male sexual function, including helping to support erectile function.
Strengthening these muscles may therefore be beneficial for some men experiencing erectile difficulties associated with pelvic floor weakness, and pelvic floor muscle training is recognised as one approach that may support erectile function.
However, erectile dysfunction can have many different causes, including vascular, hormonal, neurological, medication-related and psychological factors. For this reason, we don’t position PowerForm V as a guaranteed cure for erectile dysfunction. Instead, it can form part of a wider approach to male pelvic health, pelvic floor strength and sexual wellbeing. If erectile dysfunction is new, persistent or unexplained, we may recommend speaking with your GP or an appropriate medical professional alongside treatment.
3D PowerForm V FAQs
One of the most common reasons people seek pelvic floor treatment is urinary leakage. You may notice it when you:
- Cough.
- Sneeze.
- Laugh.
- Run.
- Jump.
- Exercise.
- Lift something heavy.
This is commonly associated with stress urinary incontinence, where increased pressure on the bladder results in leakage.
By stimulating and strengthening the pelvic floor muscles responsible for supporting bladder control, PowerForm V is designed to address the muscular component of these symptoms.
Pelvic floor exercises often called Kegel exercises are extremely important. The problem is that they’re very easy to forget, and many people aren’t sure whether they’re actually contracting the correct muscles.
PowerForm V uses electromagnetic energy to create repeated involuntary contractions of the pelvic floor without relying on you consciously performing each contraction yourself. It doesn’t mean you should abandon pelvic floor exercises. Instead, we see PowerForm V as an advanced addition to good pelvic floor health.
Possibly the easiest treatment you’ll ever have. You remain fully clothed and sit on the PowerForm V treatment chair. Once treatment begins, you’ll feel the pelvic floor muscles repeatedly contracting and relaxing.
The sensation is unusual initially particularly because these are muscles most of us aren’t used to feeling contract so intensely but the treatment intensity can be adjusted according to your comfort. There’s nothing inserted into the body and there’s no intimate treatment area that needs to be exposed. Once your session is finished, you simply stand up and continue with your day.
There is no significant downtime.
Your pelvic floor muscles have effectively completed an intensive workout, so you may notice muscular sensations afterwards, but you can generally return to your normal activities immediately.
PowerForm V is generally recommended as a course of treatments rather than a one off session. The appropriate number and frequency of treatments will depend on your individual symptoms, pelvic floor strength and treatment goals. We’ll discuss this with you during your consultation and create a personalised treatment plan. Maintenance sessions may also be recommended depending on your response.
Everybody is different. Some clients may begin noticing changes during their treatment course, while for others improvement develops more gradually as pelvic floor strength increases. Results depend on several factors, including the degree and underlying cause of pelvic floor weakness and completion of the recommended treatment programme.
Firstly there really is no need to be embarrassed. Pelvic floor and bladder control problems are incredibly personal, and we understand that some clients may have spent years simply putting up with them rather than talking about them.
Your consultation will always be handled professionally, sensitively and confidentially. Whether you’re a woman experiencing leakage after childbirth or a man wanting to discuss bladder control or pelvic health, you’re welcome to talk to us.
PowerForm V may be suitable for both men and women who want to improve pelvic floor strength.
Whether you want to feel more confident when exercising, improve bladder control, rebuild pelvic floor strength following life changes or explore whether pelvic floor strengthening could support your sexual wellbeing, we’ll assess your individual concerns first.
Because bladder and sexual symptoms can sometimes have underlying medical causes, we’ll also tell you when we believe you should speak to your GP or another healthcare professional rather than simply treating the symptom.
